At Bio Bidet by Bemis, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original box with all included hardware, manuals, and remote controls, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping label.
Ship the Product
Send your return to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit to verify its condition, after which a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
